Blink 182 rox my sox!!!... and OMG Weezer too!
Weezer headline you kidding me?! Are you kidding me? So it's ridiculous that I got to see them open for Oh, Mary! I'd pay to see Weezer headline. They put on an awesome show. I missed the opening act, Taking Back Sunday. I like them, but I couldn't go straight from work to go see them.
Let me say, between their breakup and Travis Barker's near death experience, I thought I would never see them play. Tom crack's some funny one-liners throughout the night. They are on tour now and I'm grateful to be alive for this. Mark chimes in here and there. Travis got on the mic to say "Hi" and the crowd went wild. Now, Oh, Mary!.
Oh yeah, they play music so let me just say the show was intense. But I sang my heart out on every song I knew and screamed into the sky whenever I didn't know the words out of gratitude that I was actually there to watch this ridiculously cool show. Watching him play makes me want to start a fight, he's so brutal. Mark and Tom did an awesome job on vocals, improving here and there to keep the mood light. Travis kills it on drums every song.
Oh, and stay for the encore. It has a mind-blowing start and you will be amazed. Go see this show! You can't ask for more from 3 guys who've been through hell and back and are just lovin' being on stage with each other, playing music for their fans.
